Mama Earth has so far planted well over 5.5 million mangroves and thousands of native trees in Mindanao, Philippines, with maximum transparency. Mama Earth Foundation has been planting trees and creating green jobs for over 25 years. From mangroves to tropical endemic trees, our reforestation projects restore ecosystems and provide long-term income for local communities in the Philippines.
Through our myTree program, every tree is GPS-tagged and traceable, ensuring transparency and direct impact for our supporters.

Act with Mama-Earth and not just talk
In the Philippines, the overexploitation of our nature is omnipresent. Out of ignorance and greed, whole areas were destroyed. In addition, agribusinesses run the soil dry by introducing chemicals into their monocultures (bananas, pineapples, etc.). Thereby, not only is the habitat of the animal and plant world destroyed, but ultimately also that of the people living there.
This is where Mama-Earth comes in holistically. We raise awareness of environmental protection in schools and companies and reforest cleared areas. We finance reforestation, for example, through our high-quality myTree gift cards. For mangrove reforestation, we rely on donations.
Through our own tree nurseries, managed by our foresters, we can grow seedlings at a low cost and distribute them with the help of the local population in large-scale planting campaigns. Therefore, every euro counts. Even a small donation can have a direct benefit for nature.

Planting Your Tree: From Seedling to GPS-Certified Forest
See how Mama Earth teams and local communities bring transparency and hope to reforestation — one mapped tree at a time.
We carefully measure planting areas, dig the holes, plant seedlings grown in our nurseries, and tag each tree with exact coordinates. You receive a high‑quality photo and GPS data to locate your tree on Google Earth — transparency you can trust.
Our planting teams work side by side with local residents, ensuring that every tree is planted with care. After planting, we continue nurturing seedlings with monthly to quarterly check‑ins over three years to ensure healthy growth and sustainability.
