A mangrove donation. Your donation of 60, 150, or 300 mangroves helps us to continue our work at the open areas of the shore. A donation includes the collecting of seedlings, nursing in Mama Earth nurseries, and planting of the mangroves

Through your mangrove donation, you help the locals and the severely damaged nature. Our planting activities are ongoing in Mati and Baganga, Davao Oriental, Philippines. Decades ago, the mangroves were cut down thoughtlessly. Without the mangroves, not only does the local biotope collapse, but the spawning areas for fish are also becoming scarce. Support the reforestation with the donation of mangroves. Thank you!
Your donation of mangroves
A significant step to support the productive ecosystem known as mangroves. An intact mangrove belt not only provides breeding areas for fish, but also food for birds and reptiles, fish, and crabs. At the same time, a mangrove belt protects the coral reefs and the shore from erosion. Strong storm tide waves are also reduced.

Every mangrove counts for our project. The price of 0.33 euros for a mangrove covers collecting the seeds, growing the saplings in the nurseries and exposing the mangroves.

A Little Help Can Make A Big Change

On the very conservative assumption that a mangrove absorbs at least 5 kg of CO2 every year for at least 25 years, you bind approx. 1.83 tons of CO2 per year with what was planted for you. The same amount is added again the next year, and so on. In this way, you are working towards gradually offsetting your entire CO2 footprint and thus becoming climate neutral. An example: After 5 years, your already planted 1825 mangroves already bind approx. 9.13 tons of CO2 every year and thus a large part of the average CO2 footprint/person in Germany.
