Every tree is a win. Mama Earth sponsors groups with tree seedlings from its own nursery. In August, for example, among others, the group “Wild Camp Advernture” planted trees in Baganihan, Marilog, Davao District. After the first night in the forests of Mindanao, planting trees is always on the agenda for this group. The planted trees are also looked after by the group because – like nomads – they always return to the places they once visited. We are happy to be able to work with this group and hope that hundreds of trees will become thousands over the next few years. If you come to visit us, you can also climb the highest and most prominent mountain in the Philippines, Mount Apo, which is quite impressive at 9,692 feet and is located between Davao City and Davao del Sur in Davao Region and Cotabato in Soccsksargen.
