Nachdem die Naturschutzhalbinsel Guang Guang vollgepflanzt ist, geht es zu einem Teil der Pujada-Bucht dessen Bergrücken „Schlafender Dinosaurier“ genannt wird. Allerdings muss der Betrachter schon viel Fantasie aufbringen, um diese Form aus der Vogelperspektive zu erkennen. Obwohl Mati sich langsam zu einem Touristenhotspot entwickelt, geht in diesen Dörfern alles seinen traditionellen Gang. Sicherlich auch, weil die kleinen Dörfer nicht einfach zu erreichen sind. Der Weg von der Straße an die Küste ist nach starken Regenfällen fast unpassierbar. Schon deshalb bleibt hier das Boot der beliebteste Transportesel. Zuerst sollen die Mangroveninseln verbunden werden und danach wird weiter ins Meer hinaus gepflanzt, um die Dörfer besser zu schützen und den Fischbestand zu erhöhen. Wichtig ist immer, dass den Fischern Zugänge zum Anlanden der Fänge gelassen werden.
